When you use our service, we only collect the embroidery files you voluntarily upload for processing. We do not collect personal information, create user accounts, or track your identity.

File Handling & Storage

Your embroidery files are handled as follows:

• Uploaded files and simulation data are temporarily stored on our server and automatically deleted within 24 hours
• Cleanup runs automatically every 5 minutes; all data is removed within 24 hours regardless of server restarts
• We do not use your embroidery designs for any purpose other than generating your preview

Rate Limiting

To prevent abuse, we limit upload requests to 10 requests per minute per IP address. This is tracked using your IP address temporarily and not stored or associated with any personal identity.

Cookies & Tracking

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Our website uses only essential cookies for basic functionality (if any), and we do not track your browsing behavior or sell your data to third parties.

Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services for technical infrastructure (such as Cloudflare for tunneling). These services may have their own privacy policies, but we do not share your embroidery file content with them.

Data Security

While we take reasonable measures to protect data in transit using standard web security practices, please be aware that:

• Our service is provided “as is” without warranty
• Embroidery files are processed for visualization only and should not be used for secure or confidential designs
• We cannot guarantee complete security in all circumstances

Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this policy.
