Freemoonie provides an online embroidery simulation and file visualization tool. Our service allows users to:

• Upload embroidery files for visualization
• View stitch-by-stitch animations of designs
• Analyze design properties (stitch count, dimensions, colors)
• Convert embroidery files between formats

User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree that:

• You have the right to upload the files you submit
• You will not upload files containing malicious content
• You will not use our service for any unlawful purpose
• You will not attempt to abuse or overwhelm our servers
• You will not reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code

Intellectual Property

The Freemoonie service, including its design, code, and functionality, is owned by Freemoonie and protected by intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights to the service itself.

Embroidery designs you upload remain your property. We do not claim ownership of any user-submitted content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Freemoonie is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We make no guarantees about:

• The accuracy of the visualization or conversion results
• The suitability of outputs for embroidery machines
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• The security of the service

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freemoonie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of embroidery designs or other data
• Damage to embroidery machines or materials
• Failed production runs
• Any other financial or material loss

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for accessing the service (currently free).

Service Availability

Freemoonie is currently provided as a free service. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time
• Introduce fees or charges in the future
• Limit file sizes or upload frequency

Indemnification
